CrimeCon 2025 – From Reddit Threads to Reality

We received news about CrimeCon 2025 a bit late, my team and I were deep in the sea of research, however, when we heard news of CrimeCon 2025, we immediately went to work. Though we are a small team, it was our goal to get noticed and shine light on this case by providing quality information. To most people, this is a ‘done-and-dusted’ case, but to us, this case was mishandled and made a mockery of justice; especially with the newly released FOIA prison emails. While Reddit threads may be a good resource, we believe in having a central hub for information where it can be easily accessible for everyone and anywhere. Our goal is to archive important documents and events but also making information accessible to anyone and everywhere. The GRBEvidence team isn’t competing with anyone, our goal is to collaborate and provide accurate and quality information rather than becoming famous.
We found out that Into The Weeds Podcast, one of the forces behind the release of the FOIA prison emails of Gypsy Rose Blanchard, was invited to CrimeCon 2025 in Denver, Colorado.
We reached out to them and asked if they could help us in promoting our website since they having been discussing the prison emails of Gypsy Rose Blanchard, they agreed and designed a flyer for them that they can distribute during CrimeCon. We also approached 1980 Millenial Commentates, another force who is covering the prison emails of Gypsy Rose Blanchard, to help us promote the website at CrimeCon, she will also be joining Into The Weeds at CrimeCon 2025.
Originally, we wanted to use QR codes from a different platform however, it caused problems so we had to switch to a different provider — all this was being done with only a couple of hours left before the event. With that out of the way, we were able to find an alternative and get our QR code up.
We managed to gather 15,000 views across all of our social media platforms (TikTok and Reddit) while keeping a steady flow of 300-500 views daily on the website during CrimeCon 2025. Though these may seem small, we were impressed that we ran out of flyers in Day 1 alone! Into The Weeds Podcast and 1980 Millennial Commentates had to print out another batch before the day ended. This shows that people are definitely interested in knowing the truth and dispelling all the lies and rumours about the Gypsy-Rose Blanchard case. Although we were flooded with spam attacks, we were able to thwart them and continue running the website even without fail.
